Positive engagement was received from the original enquiry text, and continued throughout the process. Richard Brittle, is without doubt a guy whose standard operating level defaults to perfection. No “faff” seems to be the motto of the Brittle Team. I requested a number of additional items, all of which were dealt with, without any issues. All surprises on this journey were good ones.
The handover was completed in superb settings. The bespoke Brittle ‘Long Gallery’, offered a level of opulence and style that Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) should learn from. The handshake offered was definitely not goodbye.
